Here is a summary of our Application Procedure:
- Each applicant resident over the age of 18 must complete an application. Please
ensure the application is signed prior to submission.
- Complete the top section of the Employment Verification Request Form and
the Request for Tenant Verification Form.
- Complete the bottom section of the Background Check and
Credit Authorization Form.
- Provide a valid Drivers License, Military ID, or Government Issued Photo ID.
- Proof of income. TWO recent consecutive pay stubs or a "Letter of Intent" from a new
employer, and proof of other income. If self-employed, submit last TWO tax returns.
- Credit check and Hold Fees. Make a check payable to Strafford Station Apartments, LLC
for the Credit Check and Hold fees. The check amount is calculated as follows:
- Non-refundable Credit Check fee - $35 per applicant
- Hold fee - $100 (to be applied to rent if approved), non-refundable if the Applicant
withdraws his/her application.
After downloading, print out the entire package, fill in the required forms, attach a
check for the credit check and hold fees, sign and bring to our management office
located at 400-2D Strafford Ave., Strafford, PA 19087.
